What is seed cycling?


Every month your menstrual cycle transitions through four different phases; Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulation, and Luteal.


During this time, estrogen and progesterone can have large fluctuations, which can cause PMS symptoms like moodiness, cramps, cravings, sore breasts, and hormonal acne. 


Seed cycling a simple and effective method that involves tracking your menstrual cycle and incorporating specific seeds into your diet at different times of the month. 

How To Seed Cycle

Step 01.

Track where you are in your cycle. 


Download our calendar designed for easy tracking!

Step 02.

Choose the corresponding seed blend for where you are in your cycle.


For irregular cycles (cycles that are shorter than 21 days or longer than 45 days, follow the moon cycle - learn how here.)

Step 03.

Enjoy 2 scoops a day on whatever your heart desires. No really, it’s that easy! Top anything you want with our formulated seed blends. They’re designed to be seamlessly added to any meal.

Step 04.

Once you’re done with that phase, move to the next blend and continue the same process each month.

The 3 Month Transformation

When making changes for hormone health it’s imperative to look at 90 day increments. This is the average time it takes an egg to form. As such, it typically takes 90 days, or 3 cycles, to see results of any changes your making for your hormonal health. Here’s what to expect over your first 3 months of seed cycling:

How do I eat my seeds?  

You can add your seeds to pretty much anything you’re already eating. A few favorites are on top of salads, in smoothies, oats, or in yogurt bowls.
