Why should I seed cycle and what is it?!

Your cycle actually has two cycles!

  1. The Follicular Cycle (Days 1-14) starts on the first day of your period and ends on the last day of ovulation.  For this phase, you take 2 tablespoons per day of Funk It’s Nurture.
  2. The Luteal Cycle (Days 15-28) starts after ovulation and will take you all the way until your next period.  For this phase, you take 2 tablespoons per day of Funk It’s Radiate
