Why should I seed cycle and what is it?!
"I decided to stop taking my birth control in august 2020 after being on it for a handful of years. I was curious to see how my body would function on its own. After not having a period for over 2 months I decided I needed to do something about it but didn’t want to resort back to another pill. I started seed cycling in hopes that I could naturally aid my body back into a normal cycle! Thankfully after only a month and half I started! Along with a more regular cycle I can see an extremely noticeable difference in my hair. It’s never been this long and healthy! Funk it wellness makes seed cycling so simple and straightforward and I look forward to getting my package every month! I would absolutely recommend to anyone struggling with their period or wanting to incorporate more natural ways to balance hormones!"
Seed cycling is the routine of eating specific seeds during different days of your cycle, to aid in the reduction of PMS symptoms.
Funk It's seed cycling kit was created to help your body support your cycle naturally and ditch PMS!
Did you know?
Your cycle actually has two cycles!
- The Follicular Cycle (Days 1-14) starts on the first day of your period and ends on the last day of ovulation. For this phase, you take 2 tablespoons per day of Funk It’s Nurture.
- The Luteal Cycle (Days 15-28) starts after ovulation and will take you all the way until your next period. For this phase, you take 2 tablespoons per day of Funk It’s Radiate.
