You’re In Your Luteal Phase...
In the luteal phase, which happens after the ovulatory phase and before your period starts again, your body does some interesting things. This is the time when your body goes into chill mode. It makes more of a hormone called progesterone, and this can make you feel different (if you are experiencing hormonal imbalance this can be an anxious and frustrating time).
You might feel a bit more tired or moody, and sometimes you might crave certain foods, like sweets or salty snacks. This is totally normal. It's your body's way of preparing for the next period.
It's a good idea to take it easy and be kind to yourself during this phase. Doing relaxing things, eating healthy foods, and getting enough sleep will help you feel better. Everyone's body reacts differently during this time, so what you feel might not be the same as what your friends feel. And that's okay! The most important thing is to listen to your body and take good care of yourself.
