You’re In Your Menstrual Phase...
When you're on your period, your body is doing a big job. You might get cramps in your belly, feel a bit puffy, or your breasts might hurt. You could also feel really tired. This happens because your body is getting rid of the lining inside your uterus. You might also feel up and down with your emotions, like being extra happy or sad, because of the changes in your body's hormones.
It's important to take good care of yourself during this time. Rest if you're tired, drink plenty of water, and eat healthy snacks. Remember, everyone feels different during their period, and that's totally okay! Doing things that make you feel good and comfy is the best way to take care of yourself.
