I've been seed cycling for months now and am an ABSOLUTE fan of this process. I started off seed cycling with whole flaxseeds/pumpkin seeds and sesame/sunflower seed alternatives with 2tablespoons of each daily. However, once I got introduced to the Funk It Wellness blended version of seed cycling, I have NOT had gut issues like before!!! I think the blended version of the seeds have been much easier on my digestive system and my system says thank you each time I take my daily seeds! When does the challenge start and end?
- The challenge begins on January 1st and runs for 28 days, but we can still sign up at any point in January and the challenge will run for 28 days from there.

Are there any costs involved?
- No, the challenge is completely free!
Do I need any special equipment?
- No special equipment is required. However, having workout gear for the fitness sessions and a quiet space for mindfulness practices can enhance your experience. We also recommend grabbing your seed cycling kit but BEFORE January so you can jump in!
How can I access the weekly content?
- Weekly content will be sent to your email, and you will be directed to a password protected landing page that will have your content for the week.
What if I don’t have a period?
- No problem! You can use the moon as your cycle guide. Here is a blog on how to “seed cycle with the moon”!
