Saturday - Almond Yogurt with honey and Radiate Seed Cycling Seeds.  On this day my seed cycling seeds were a post-run snack! Almond yogurt + Seed Cycling Seeds
Sunday - 
Strawberries + Honey with Radiate Seed Cycling Seeds.  On this day I ate my seed cycling seeds with Breakfast.
