Easy Seed Cycling Energy Balls
I developed this recipe when I first started seed cycling! I wanted an easy and yummy way to seed cycle on the go and these beauties were the result.
All you need is:
1 cup if your Funk It Seed Cycling Seeds
5 dates
1/4 cup nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp almond flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Bonus - I added vegan chocolate chips!
1. Blend everything (expect the coconut) for 30 second in a food processor or blender.
2. Roll in coconut!
This makes 10 balls and you can eat 2 per day to get all your seeds in!!
