Immune Boosting Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1/2-inch fresh turmeric root, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or soda water
- Ice cubes

Make the Ginger-Turmeric Tea:
- In a teapot or saucepan, add the sliced ginger, turmeric, and 1/4 cup of water.
- Bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit and cool.
- Strain the liquid to remove the solids if using a saucepan.

Mix the Mocktail:
- In a glass, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger-turmeric liquid.
- Top with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
- (Optional) Add fresh mint leaves and a slice of orange or lemon.
