Overnight Oats for Seed Cycling
- ⅓ cup oats
- ⅔ cups vegan milk (I like Oatly but any nut milk will work too)
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Cycle Seeds
- Optional: top with fresh fruit, berries, bananas, nuts, peanut butter, etc!
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass dish or jar with a top. Give it a quick stir to make sure it's all combined. Pop it in the fridge overnight (or at least for 4+ hours). In the morning, your oats will be soft and delicious. Eat them cold or heat them up in the microwave if you prefer your oats warm. Enjoy!
