Overnight Oats for Seed Cycling
This is the breakfast of your dreams! Take 2 seconds to make, super tasty, healthy, filling and of course, the perfect meal to enjoy with FunkIt Cycle Seeds. This is my go-to breakfast or snack when I want something I can just grab from the fridge.
- ⅓ cup oats
- ⅔ cups vegan milk (I like Oatly but any nut milk will work too)
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Funk It Seed Cycling Seeds
- Optional: top with fresh fruit, berries, bananas, nuts, peanut butter, etc!
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass dish or jar with a top. Give it a quick stir to make sure it's all combined. Pop it in the fridge overnight (or at least for 4+ hours). In the morning, your oats will be soft and delicious. Eat them cold or heat them up in the microwave if you prefer your oats warm. Enjoy!
