PMS Buster Smoothie

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup frozen blackberries

1 cup oat milk

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp Funk It Seeds

 

Bonus

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 tsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
