Pomegranate Quinoa Salad


Salad Base

1 Cup of cooked quinoa

1 Cup of Pomegranate Seeds

1 Orange slices and peeled

1/2 cup of sliced almonds

2 cups of chopped kale

2 TBSP Funk It Seeds (per serving)



2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 lemon juiced

1 glove fresh garlic

Fresh parsley

Salt & pepper to taste



  1. Cook Quinoa as directed on package & then let cool
  2. Chop and peel (almonds, kale, orange)
  3. Toss in a large bowl
  4. Combine dressing in a separate bowl.
  5. Toss salad & dressing together
  6. Top with Funk It Seeds & Enjoy
