[Seed Cycling] Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie Recipe

YOU WILL NEED

• 1 frozen banana

• 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

• a handful of frozen spinach

• a few purple sea moss gel ice cubes

• a few coconut milk ice cubes

• 2 Tbsp funk it ground seeds

• 2 scoops chocolate maca protein

• 1 big spoonful dark chocolate almond spread

• 1 tsp peppermint extract

• 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

• 1 cup water


HOW TO

- Blend, Blend, Blend!


I spread more chocolate almond spread inside my jar and topped with cacao nibs, goji berries and bee pollen.
