[Seed Cycling] Raspberry Greens Smoothie Bowl Recipe

YOU WILL NEED
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/4 frozen avocado 
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries 
  • a couple handfuls of spinach
  • 1-2 Tbsp purple sea moss gel
  • 2 Tbsp funk it ground seeds
  • 2 scoops vanilla lucuma protein 
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp mulberries 
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
