YOU WILL NEED
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 frozen avocado
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- a couple handfuls of spinach
- 1-2 Tbsp purple sea moss gel
- 2 Tbsp funk it ground seeds
- 2 scoops vanilla lucuma protein
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 Tbsp mulberries
- 3/4 cup coconut water
