    I Funking Love Funk it!

    I've been using Funk it seed cycling kits since around April or so to balance my hormones. Once I became very consistent, I noticed my spotting go from 2 weeks to only 1 day. In July, before I went on vacation and I got tiny ziploc pill bags and portioned out daily servings for the next 3 weeks so I didn't have to worry about it. After that trip, the proportioned packs came out. It makes it soooo much easier to take my seeds and be consistent. I have no excuse for missing any days. I love Funk it and I'm obsessed with Kate and the Period Chat podcast.

    Bye Birth Control, Bye Migraines 👋🏼

    I had been on birth control for 20 years when I finally decided I was tired of f*king with my hormones; I wanted to find out what my body was capable of and curious if I might feel better after coming off of the pill.

    A year later, here I am EXTREMELY happy with my decision. I’ve never felt more aligned with my body and in-touch with its needs, my blinding migraines have subsided and my gut is so happy!

    Loving my results!

    I have been consistently using the seed cycling kits for about 5 months now and I have been loving it. My PMS symptoms have decreased, I have more manageable cycles, more energy, and the best part of it that I did not expect - my hormonal acne has gone away. I know this because I would always have pimples pop up on my chin monthly, but that has not happened in months. Definitely reccommend! And they're super easy to put into any foods - make a lot of tofu scrambles, nourishing bowls, salad, and smoothies as a vegetarian and they fit right in!

    Amazing

    I started using Funk It almost a year before going off birth control. Partly to get in the daily habit, and largely to get the much needed nutrients into my body that was being depleted from birth control. I’ve heard horror stories about the transition, so I wanted to do everything in my power to make it as smooth as possible, and seed cycling was key for that. One of the best things about using these pre ground mixes is not only the convenience, but the variety of ways you can use them. I’ve mixed them into oats, rice, salads, yogurt, applesauce, soups, smoothies, etc. Getting in food that’s high in nutrients consistently is absolutely powerful for your body and hormones!!!
