What does 7 days of seed cycling look like for our team? Here’s a peek!

 

Natalie here, I run operations for Funk It and this is what seed cycling looks like for me. 

Most days it's a post-run smoothie, but at least a few days a week I like to mix it up by adding seeds to snacks or dinner.  They go great with everything which makes it super easy to stay consistent and get my daily dose of seeds in. Enjoy!

Day 1: Lunch

Red curry leftovers with brown rice, greens and Funk It Nurture Seeds

 

Day 2: Breakfast

Oatmeal with bananas, a dash of maple syrup and Funk It Nurture Seeds
